WHAT YOU’LL DO
Grill Argentinian steak with chimichurri and finish with classic alfajores cookies.
Bring the sizzle and bold flavor of an Argentinian steakhouse into the kitchen in this hands-on cooking class. Grilling is at the heart of Argentinian cooking, and this session covers the technique behind a proper steak alongside the fresh, punchy sides that complete the meal.
You will toss a classic ensalada criolla before grilling Argentinian steak and building a vibrant chimichurri to spoon over it. Roasted Patagonian potatoes round out the plate, and sweet alfajores filled with dulce de leche bring the meal to a close. Reserve your spot in this Argentinian cooking class today.
