Learn to make a variety of summer tarts from scratch in this hands-on cooking class in NYC. You’ll prepare both pâte sucrée and pâte brisée, then use them to create a fruit tart, a honeyed apricot and almond tart and a savory squash and ricotta tart with pesto. Chef Emily or a resident chef will guide you through dough preparation, shaping and baking techniques. This cooking class in NYC is perfect for anyone looking to build confidence with sweet and savory pastry.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
