Explore the flavors of Provence in this elegant cooking course. Chef Douglas' menu focuses on fresh herbs and garden vegetables just like the home-cooking recipes of Southern France.
Guests will learn how to make four courses of Provencal cooking in this hands-on class. Chef Douglas shares his recipes for rainbow chard salad with roasted golden beets and pomegranate vinaigrette, and a Provencal vegetable gratin. Guests will learn how to make a beautiful rosemary and lemon roasted chicken with new potatoes, and roasted figs with mascarpone for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
