Learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on cooking class in Houston. Mix and roll homemade pasta dough, then shape and cook hand-cut pasta with roasted asparagus, truffle oil and Parmesan. You’ll also prepare orecchiette with sweet corn and basil before finishing with fresh berries topped with honey Prosecco zabaglione. Chef Monica or a resident chef will guide you through pasta shaping, sauce pairing and dessert preparation. This cooking class in Houston is perfect for anyone who enjoys seasonal Italian cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
