What You'll Do

Shape tagliatelle and ravioli while enjoying local wine and cider.

Spend your evening at a Craft Winery & Cider House turning flour and eggs into a full pasta feast. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Aaron, trained in Italy, will guide you step by step through making two classic pasta shapes from scratch.

You’ll mix, knead and roll a traditional dough before shaping silky tagliatelle and delicate ravioli. Toss your tagliatelle in a bold cacio e pepe with black pepper, Parmesan and pecorino, then fill ravioli with creamy ricotta and finish it in butter and sage. Pair your handmade creations with your favorite wine or cider and enjoy a relaxed, flavor-packed night out.

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! We made 4 pastas with Aaron- he planned it out really well so that we took 2 pasta types with us to freeze at home and use later, and we ate the other 2 at the end of our class. The class was well organized and we learned a lot!
