You'll be an expert on cream puffs and eclairs after this course in French pastry from Chef Jean Yves. With years of experience crafting beautiful pastries, Chef Jean Yves is the perfect guide through learning how to create this French favorite.

Learn to make the classic "choux" pastry, a dough which is meticulously cooked over the stove before baking into round puffs or long eclairs. Chef Jean Yves will then show you how to properly bake, cool, fill and decorate a variety of choux pastries. Once you have learned these basic techniques, you can start crafting your own delicious and elegant desserts at home.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
