Bring a taste of Italy home with classic pasta made from scratch.

Join Chef Anthony or one of the talented resident chefs in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles) for a holiday-inspired pasta cooking class. Begin by learning how to craft classic pasta dough, then transform it into hearty pappardelle with Tuscan sausage and caramelized onion ragù, plus farfalle tossed in a seasonal butternut squash and parsley-almond pesto. Conclude the feast with limoncello gelato, a refreshing Italian dessert. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.
