Celebrate the holidays with a hands-on pasta-making class in NYC. Learn the art of crafting fresh pasta dough before filling it with seasonal flavors like butternut squash ravioli topped with brown butter sage sauce and herbed ricotta ravioli paired with a savory tomato-pancetta sauce. Round out the meal with a crisp winter Caesar salad. Guided by Chef Emily or one of the talented resident chefs, this holiday cooking class in NYC is the perfect way to combine festive flavors with timeless Italian traditions.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
