To finish, Chef Jaken or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you in making maple budino topped with whipped cream for a cozy fall dessert. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
