Cooking Class - Spanish Cuisine With Chef Eric

In a fun and relaxed learning environment, Chef Eric takes you on a culinary trip through Spain and guides you through each step of the preparation process. With his immense experience as a gourmet chef and wealth of culinary knowledge, he is both a master of his craft and one who enjoys teaching others the art of creating fine cuisine. Participate in a hands-on cooking class that gives you the satisfaction of relishing scrumptious Spanish cuisine that you have created yourself!

A delectable chorizo sausage in puff pastry is the first dish you will prepare. The experience continues with a savory chicken with almonds, garlic, and onions. Tempting garlic-marinated beef skewers make up the next course, followed by your choice of delectable paella; fresh mixed vegetable, luscious chicken, or satisfying pork. For dessert, indulge in a heavenly Spanish-style custard.

Please note that the eating portion of this class will be towards the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time! Chef Eric is definitely who you want to have for a cooking class! Equal parts helpful and equal parts wanting you to do it which is a great combination. Absolutely recommend and the food for the Spanish cooking class was delicious!

A native of Los Angeles, Chef Eric graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. He has staged with Chef Jose Munisa at Via Veneto, Barcelona’s longest-running 5-star restaurant and Chef Joseph Russwürm at Munich’s Hotel Kempinski. While trained in the culinary classics, Chef Eric enjoys teaching a broad range of cuisines in his classes while integrating the importance of technique with his students.
