Help turn your teen’s passion for food into an actionable set of life-long skills with this immersive five-day cooking class. Guided by a world-class chef, they’ll learn everything there is to know about proving enriched dough, making fresh pasta, decorating cakes and more. They’ll also unlock fundamental skills like food preparation and kitchen safety, setting themselves up for a lifetime of culinary adventures at home and beyond.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
