Let Chef Jessica be your guide through an enjoyable hands-on cooking experience that will both delight and inspire! In addition to her many years as a culinary professional, she places personal emphasis on healthy eating. Thai cuisine is among the most versatile of dishes in terms of tastes and aromas to suit a variety of palates, mainly through the use of herbs and spices. With a delicious five-course menu that features standout Thai meals, you will learn new skills and enjoy the succulent fruits of your efforts!
The class begins with a bountiful choice of appetizers; tantalizing rainbow summer rolls stuffed with either luscious shrimp or healthy tofu, along with delectable peanut mint and sweet chili dipping sauces.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
