Chef Bailey has spent her career educating others in living healthfully, and relishes the opportunity to provide you with the skills to bake confections that inspire and delight. Make your way through a variety of tempting desserts with the expert hand of Chef Bailey in a fun and welcoming environment. You will awaken your palate when you experience all of the possibilities of gluten-free baking for yourself.
Chef Bailey will begin by showing you how to make a mouthwatering almond flour quiche followed by rich and moist flourless dark chocolate muffins. Your class ends on an energetic high note with sensational power protein cookie dough balls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
