As you go through each delicious step, you will be combining the perfect balance of fresh ingredients to ensure each course is full of flavor and has an aroma that invites the palate to indulge in each savory morsel.
Begin by preparing a delightful chef’s choice salad. Continue by choosing either a tantalizing butternut squash or an inviting French onion soup. You will also learn to create a mouthwatering mushroom risotto.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This guy's ceviche is out of this world. It's a different take on something I've had before and I had no idea it could be so delicious and so good. The corn in that menu is an ingredient I never would have been exposed to any other way and I can't get it out of my head. Let him teach you how to make it, you won't be sorry.
