What You’ll Do

Use your favorite Joyce Chen shears to help you create the ultimate Korean fried chicken.

To round out the meal, you’ll prepare a refreshing marinated cucumber salad, adding a cool, crisp contrast to the bold, rich flavors on the plate.

We had chef Jen for the lessons and she was great. The recipes were easy to prepare and full of flavor! We cooked in the Sur Le Table kitchens and everything was well stocked. Very fun!

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.
