Cooking Class - Finest French Macarons

What You’ll Do

Craft two flavors of the iconic, light-as-air French macarons, from start to finish.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn to make authentic French macarons from start to finish. Begin by crafting delicate vanilla bean shells filled with a smooth, homemade white chocolate buttercream. Then, take things up a notch with a crème brûlée-inspired macaron, complete with a creamy center and a crisp topping of caramelized sugar for that signature crackle. You’ll master key techniques for mixing, piping and baking while combining two beloved French desserts in one sweet experience.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Teacher was great! The class felt a bit crowded. I would have preferred two to a station rather than four.
