You'll begin with chả giò, crispy Vietnamese spring rolls filled with seasoned ground pork and vegetables. Next, try your hand at making sizzling Vietnamese-style coconut crepes, generously stuffed with perfectly cooked prawns and pork. Finally, you’ll craft a classic pho, the beloved brothy noodle soup featuring tender beef and aromatic spices.

This class was exceptional. Not only was everything well prepared and set up, but Camille (spelling?) was such a great chef, host, and kind person. The other guests there became instant friends. I highly recommend this class and looking forward to another class.
