Begin with crispy bruschetta topped with juicy tomatoes and fragrant basil. Then, roll up your sleeves to prepare pasta dough from scratch, shaping it into tagliatelle or gnocchi to pair with a rich tomato basil sauce. For dessert, layer mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked ladyfingers to create a traditional tiramisù. Chef Tiffany’s interactive approach makes this class perfect for pasta enthusiasts of all levels.

Chef Tiffany cooked the Exquisite Ocean Fare dinner and it was fabulously delicious!! We had so much fun watching Chef Tiffany as she cooked and discussing questions we had about food, techniques, etc. Chef Tiffany is a joy! You’ll be in good hands when you sign up for one of her events!!

Our experience with Chef Tiffany was amazing! She was great to work with prior to the event, and responded quickly to any questions that I had (and I had a bunch). The meal was fantastic, and she was a joy to be around. I especially recommend the salted caramel budino, which was a wonderful way to end the meal.

Tiffany made a seafood bisque, branzino, scalloped potatoes, green beans, and crepes Suzette. All was delicious and Tiffany was great.
