Chef Stacey will guide you through a three course menu full of seasonal ingredients and bright, luscious flavors.
Learn Chef Stacey’s secrets to juicy, perfectly grilled hamburgers as you grind your own meat for Moroccan lamb burgers, a succulent twist on the classic dish, topped with a garlic-spiked yogurt sauce and pickled onions. Tender grilled artichokes served with a smokey, handmade aioli are a delectable seasonal side dish. The meal ends with fresh stone fruits, grilled until they’re plump and sweet, then topped with a decadent caramelized cabernet sauce and vanilla ice cream.
Guests are encouraged to bring beer or wine to enjoy with the meal.
