Cooking Class - Prebiotic and Probiotic Foods

In this class, Chef Stacey will teach you how to nourish the 100 trillion naturally occurring microbes in your body to maximize your health. These prolific microbes need both prebiotics and probiotics to function optimally. During this class, holistic Chef Stacey will teach you how to make foods rich in these key ingredients, as well as provide an educational lecture covering the benefits of pre- and probiotics.

This hands-on class will begin with crunchy and zesty sauerkraut, then you’ll move on to creating hearty prebiotic fiber-rich, gluten-free bread to take home as well. Recreate these healthy recipes at home with your new counter top fermentation device, included in the cost of the class.
