Cooking Class - Multi-Course Tuscan Feast

What You’ll Do

Taste the heart of Tuscany in four flavorful courses.

This Tuscan-inspired cooking class begins with a mouthwatering roasted tomato and olive crostini that sets the tone for the evening. Next, you’ll roll up your sleeves to prepare a succulent strip steak paired beautifully with a chianti pan sauce. After that, you’ll explore the art of making fluffy potato gnocchi tossed in fresh basil pesto. Finally, you’ll finish off with a delightfully creamy honey yogurt panna cotta with figs.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We attended the 4:00 pm class on Apr 19th and it was so much fun. Our chef was amazing and such a great teacher. We made steak and gnocchi. By the way, will we be emailed the recipes? Mike Mitchell
