This multi-course class encompasses two different flavorful salads, a classic toss-on-everything tahini dressing, basil-spiked shakshuka, and finally, tender poached pears soaked in chai tea with zesty whipped cream. Chef Lee welcomes guests to bring their own beverages to enjoy with the meal.
