If you adore cheese, you’ll love learning how to make it at home!
In this class you will learn to create handmade cheese from local organic whole fat milk and heavy cream. Loved the world over for its smoothness, delicacy, and satisfying feel, cheese is practically synonymous with deliciousness.
To accompany the handmade cheese, you will also prepare a heaping dish of seasonal market fresh vegetables sourced from Full Belly Farm. Everything will be served with Turkish olives, Fourney sourdough, lemons, and herbs.

Chef was very nice, seemed slightly disorganized and did not know her own equipment which caused mozzarella to fail and left trying to save cheese by making it into a different kind, Dishes in sink from different class from day before, area very small, Extreme waste of money for what it costs and what we actually ate and what we learned which was how to not make mozzarella.

This was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed learning simple but delicious recipes. The atmosphere was very welcoming from the start and I enjoyed the whole process. The meditation was a really unique aspect and it made the cooking process that much more meaningful. Chef Neelam is a great teacher and I am happy I learned so much in one class. I would definitely take another class.

This class was exactly what I was looking for. Chef Neelam is really good at making simple, nourishing foods taste fabulous. It was nice to be in her home, and to start the class off with some meditation that really helped me feel centered and at peace. I feel so inspired after attending this class, I feel like it's possible to really care for my body by the foods that I eat, even though I am busy and have kids that can be picky. It was just the boost I needed!
Chef Neelam uses only the best ingredients to deliver a nourishing, caring, delicious meal. She cares not just about nourishing the body, but about the soul too. Her dishes are from the heart. She uses her intuition to season the ingredients just right so the natural taste comes through! Neelam cooked in some of the best vegan restaurants in New York City and has studied meditation for the past 14 years.
