The class begins with a lesson in the art of savory choux pastry, in which Chef Lamia will show you how to make classical French gougeres. Next, you’ll learn to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish, chicken tagine, accompanied with flavorful apricots and toasty almonds. The class ends with the most ethereal of French desserts, lemon souffle.
