Begin by crafting a rich kukul mas curry, featuring tender chicken simmered in a fragrant blend of coconut milk and spices. Next, delve into the preparation of parippu curry, a flavorful dish made with lentils, coconut milk and a medley of spices. Learn to master the art of making papadam, a crispy deep-fried flatbread from lentil flour and complement it with pol sambol, a zesty relish of onions, lime and chili. For dessert, enjoy mee kiri - luscious buffalo curd drizzled with sweet treacle syrup.

Chef Marc was so personable and explained each dish while giving cultural background on the ingredients. He let us take our time and we did not feel rushed when we sat down to eat each course we cooked. We are so eager to book another class with him! Thank you Chef Marc!

I write this while eating my delicious leftovers for breakfast...! We had an incredible time yesterday. It was a perfectly planned and executed session, resulting in a stellar meal spanning mainland and Chinese-American classics. Marc is knowledgable, charming, fun and inspiring on so many levels, and I can't wait to return to learn something new from him. Not to be missed!

This class was amazing! We had so much fun learning Chinese recipes (some completely new, some that we had eaten for years). And it was probably one of the most delicious meals we've ever had, ever. Highly recommended :)

Thank you for making our date night so special with the culinary experience. I was a bit hesitant because my husband had never experienced anything like this. To my surprise he right away hit it off with another couple and before you know it, he was talking to everyone. The diversity in culture was very refreshing and we all had something to talk about. The chef was very engaging and made sure everyone was participating and engaged. The chef had a wonderful sense of humor and gave mini history lessons in between steps. We both learned how to prepare a Japanese dish. The experience ties lovely when we all shared a delicious meal with everyone who was part of the experience. I would recommend this experience to any couple for a refreshing date night.

My daughter and I enjoyed our cooking class, The Art of Preserving, very much. It was a wonderful experience to spend time with my daughter while we learned to pickle our favorite foods. As a teacher, I especially appreciated the way the chef explained step by step the process of pickling. The chef made sure that all the participants had a part in the whole experience making every one very comfortable no matter what level of cooking experience everyone had. We quickly became a happy team. We began to share experiences and looked forward to our end product. I was surprised to learn the amount of things you can pickle and how easy it is. We learned to pickle blueberries and they were delicious. It was wonderful experience to engage in conversation, learn something new and tie it all together by sitting at a grand table with people you didn’t know and share a delicious meal you helped prepare.

I had an absolute blast at the cooking class held in this cozy private home with a super talented chef. The vibe was so chill and homey, it felt like a big family get-together. Every dish we made was off the charts delicious. Even the newbies nailed it because the chef broke everything down in such an easy, fun way. I've actually been to this cooking class three times now because the first time was so awesome, l had to come back for more. The organization is just top-notch. Totally recommend everyone to jump in and try out one of these classes. It's a must-do!

This was the best! So much fun to meet new people, two amazing chefs and to learn new culinary skills. Then, the best part, we got to eat the dishes we cooked and had a wonderful meal together! Altogether, a stellar experience and one I would recommend to anyone who's interested in elevating their own cooking skills!
An elegant, educational and fun cooking experience! This class was hands-on and so much fun! From the second I walked in I was made to feel at home. I was kindly greeted by the Host and Chef, who offered delicious hors d’oeuvres while waiting for the other students to arrive. The class began with the Chef gathering all of us in the kitchen to introduce the Menu, the ingredients, the tools we would be using and all the preparation involved to complete our dish. The Chef was very knowledgeable and organized. He guided us step by step through a beautiful cooking experience and made sure to engage all students, regardless of their cooking level and experience. I learned so much and worked through some of my kitchen fears. The class ended with all of us sitting together at a beautiful and elegantly prepared dinner table. We sat together like a family as we talked about all the different flavors and textures from our completed dish and shared our fabulous experiences from the day. I left the class feeling encouraged, with less kitchen fears and filled with excitement to cook more. This was a cooking experience I will never forget and I’m looking forward to attending future classes!

Here's to another cooking adventure with Mom! What an amazing time we had! So much fun! We both learned even more new culinary technics and dishes from scratch. Last night was Italian night so we made lasagna for the main dish and pineapple ricotta pie for dessert. And when I mean from scratch, I mean from scratch from making ricotta cheese, Italian pork sausage with all the seasonings, the marinara sauce and more. Our Chef for the masterclass was incredible and so full of knowledge. He answered all of our questions no matter what they were and shared the basics of culinary arts including the terminology, types of cuts and methodology. At the end, we all sat around at the grand table and enjoyed all of what we created. I do have to say that I loved everything that we made. The presentation was fantastic and the flavors in the dishes were simply delicious with every bite. It was so nice to enjoy this dinner with everyone as we all sat together at the table family style and had great intellectual conversations. We went deep and with no filter. LOL! Just simply amazing! Definitely worth it. I'm really looking forward to more adventures and classes like this again. Mom and I thoroughly enjoy cooking and this just took it to a whole different level.
