This class highlights the beauty and abundance of produce available seasonally in Northern California while focusing on wellness as a priority in menu design. Chef Neelam will go shopping the morning of the class to find the freshest ingredients possible. (You are welcome to join her!). She will then design a meal that is balanced with healthy protein, vegetables, starches, and good fats.
Once you’re in class, you’ll learn to relax with some high power breathing techniques, and then kick into some high energy nutrient dense cooking! Chef Neelam even incorporates vegetables into dessert! Using spices that aid in digestion, ancient breathing techniques that sooth the nervous system, and wonderful conversation over dinner, let your mind and body thank you in the days to come. Leave feeling Blissful, Full, and taken care of by good company and good food.
