Who knew eggs, such a seemingly simple staple, could be so intricate? Allow Chef Anja, who went to cooking school in France and apprenticed at Michelin Star restaurants, show you four delicious ways to riff on your usual morning meal.
In this cooking class, you’ll start out by learning the secret to making eggs pillow-y and rich in a fluffy scramble. Then, you’ll work on perfecting your sunnyside up eggs garnished with some prosciutto sprinkles, followed by how to poach an egg flawlessly, every time. Finally, you’ll learn the ultimate in egg cooking, preparing a rich omelet with sautéed mushrooms and ingredients of your choosing.
