Cooking Class - The Art of Fall Cooking

What You'll Do

Soak up the changing seasons with a session devoted to fall favorites.

Explore the mellow ingredients that fall is known for in this hands-on cooking class. Throughout the session, you’ll pick up techniques for sautéing, searing, grilling and baking to make a menu of steak marinated with basil and orange gremolata and a flaky pastry tart of sun-ripened tomatoes and Parmesan. Finally, you’ll conclude your meal with a luxurious polenta cake flavored with citrus.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We attended as a family for my wife's birthday. This was som much better than just going out to dinner to celebrate. The menu was great and we learned some new cooking tips, all the while working together!
