What You'll Do

Unlock the secrets to the classic croissant at this practical, 3-hour class.

Forget the bakery, you’ll be able to make your own croissants from scratch after you’ve been to this practical cooking class. You’ll follow the chef tutor’s instructions to mix and laminate dough with butter before rolling, shaping, proofing and adding flavourings. By the end of the session, you’ll have an assortment of sweet and savory croissants ready to enjoy and a fresh set of skills.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We attended as a family for my wife's birthday. This was som much better than just going out to dinner to celebrate. The menu was great and we learned some new cooking tips, all the while working together!
