Learn how to prepare popular French bistro dishes in this hands-on class.

This interactive cooking class will introduce you to the flavors, ingredients, techniques and methods used in traditional French bistro cooking. Chef Stephanie will guide you through each course, from starter to dessert.

First, you will whip up a classic salmon spread best served with crispy toasted bread, then you will learn how to cook pork tenderloin to perfection served with a mustard sauce made from scratch and sided by creamy potatoes au gratin and green beans wrapped in savory bacon. Smooth, chocolatey mousse rounds out your incredible experience with French cuisine.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
