Chef Stephanie is ready to take you on a culinary journey to a bustling French bistro!

In this class, you will be preparing popular dishes you may find on the menu at an aromatic bistro in the heart of Paris. First, you will whip up classic salmon rillettes with crispy toasted baguettes, then you will learn how to prepare pork tenderloin to perfection served with a mustard sauce made from scratch and sided by potatoes au gratin and bacon-wrapped green beans. Classic and ever-enchanting chocolate mousse rounds out your French meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
