Learn how to create the crunchy and chewy, melt-in-your-mouth French macaron with Chef Stephanie.

French macarons are a timeless classic. Join Chef Stephanie as she provides you with some valuable secrets in perfecting this stunning French treat.

In this hands-on baking class, you will be preparing macarons completely from scratch. First, you will learn the science, techniques and skills needed to craft this French specialty, including how to mix and bake a perfectly lightly crunchy macaron shell, and how to prepare three different flavors of ganache — the macaron filling — from scratch, including chocolate, pistachio and chambord. Bon appetit!

Me and my father went to learn how to make macaroons and it was a amazing experience. Mrs. Stephanie gave lots tips and tricks on how to master the piping, and how long it would need to be cooked for. She also showed us how to make truffles with the remainder of the gnash. The macaroons where amazing and perfect. They tasted as if I was lifted into the air and resting on clouds. I loved every second of it.

Loved the class! Chef Stephanie was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned lots of macaroon secrets that I’ll definitely be using in the future. She was also very flexible with our scheduling issue.
