Learn how to create the crunchy and chewy, melt-in-your-mouth French macaron with Chef Stephanie.

French macarons are a timeless classic. Join Chef Stephanie as she provides you with some valuable secrets in perfecting this stunning French treat.

In this hands-on baking class, you will be preparing macarons completely from scratch. First, you will learn the science, techniques and skills needed to craft this French specialty, including how to mix and bake a perfectly lightly crunchy macaron shell, and how to prepare three different flavors of ganache — the macaron filling — from scratch, including chocolate, pistachio and chambord. Bon appetit!

Loved the class! Chef Stephanie was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned lots of macaroon secrets that I’ll definitely be using in the future. She was also very flexible with our scheduling issue.

Chef Stephanie was amazing! I learned so much. My one issue was the course description. It said it was a hands on cooking class and while we were able to pipe the macarons onto the pan and pipe the fillings, we didn’t actually create the batter or ganaches which was what I really wanted to do first hand.
