Learn how to create the crunchy and chewy, melt-in-your-mouth French macaron with Chef Stephanie.

French macarons are a timeless classic. Join Chef Stephanie as she provides you with some valuable secrets in perfecting this fabulous French treat.

In this hands-on class, you will be preparing macarons completely from scratch. First, you will learn the science, techniques and skills needed to craft this French specialty, including how to mix and bake a perfectly lightly crunchy macaron shell, and how to prepare three different flavors of ganache — the macaron filling — from scratch, including chocolate, pistachio and chambord. Bon appetit!

Took the Macaroon class as a family outing with our 9 year old daughter. Chef Stephanie made this difficult dessert as easy as possible. She answered all of our questions and was able to show us techniques on getting the proper textures and consistency to prevent certain issues macaroons present. It was very enjoyable, will use her again, and would highly recommend Chef Stephanie for all ages and little aspiring chefs.
