Begin with salmon rillettes, blending cold-smoked and poached salmon with fresh chives. For the entrée, savor a classic steak au poivre, featuring a robust peppercorn crust, Cognac and Dijon mustard. This is perfectly paired with a classic roasted ratatouille, brimming with eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, fennel and sweet red peppers. Conclude your culinary adventure with decadent chocolate pots de crème, a dessert you'll be eager to recreate for your loved ones at home.
