Discover the joy of Italian cuisine while embracing a gluten-free diet in this vibrant cooking class. Under the expert guidance of Chef Erik, you'll master traditional techniques to create delicious, gluten-free Italian classics.

Begin with a roasted tomato Caprese salad featuring fresh tomatoes, creamy Burrata and aromatic basil pesto. Then, prepare a succulent shrimp scampi spiedini, infused with zesty lemons, garlic and white wine. Complement this with a creamy asparagus risotto, crowned with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Conclude your culinary journey with an indulgent molten chocolate lava cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
