Meet your chef
Chef Christianne ditched her real estate job in 2009, and has been focusing on creating healthy, modern American food ever since. She currently runs her own boutique services company, where she caters events, teaches cooking classes and test recipes. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu’s Hollywood culinary program. In her spare time, she works as a freelance food writer and recipe developer. Her work has appeared in outlets like The Los Angeles Times and BrainWorld magazine.
