One of the most important tools in the kitchen? The knife. And during this class, you’ll learn how to properly use one. After you learn about the tool’s anatomy, you’ll discover how to use a boning knife, paring knife, chef’s knife and a slicer too. After your lesson, you’ll use your new skills to make a delicious dinner menu.
