Everyone's favorite summertime treats shine through in this three-hour macaron-making cooking class. With a master pastry chef as your guide, you'll learn how to make two distinct flavors of macarons - s'mores and cherry cheesecake. Instructions will be provided for mixing the batter, piping the filling and so much more.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Stuart was great! We truly enjoyed our fist cooking class date night. Chef shared a few cooking tips, which we appreciated. And he has a great sense of humor ? we took a group picture which I would love to share and will send via email. Thanks for a great night.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

What a fun experience. Got to learn new dishes and techniques with a fun group of people and a great instructor and support staff. Would highly recommend.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen.
