Craft a delectable Italian feast from scratch during this immersive cooking class.
If you love the warmth and comfort of a homemade Italian feast, this is the cooking class for you! The knowledgeable Chef Ben will work with you to craft an Italian meal from scratch using fresh ingredients and timeless recipes.
You'll start with a refreshing Caesar salad, before making a batch of delicious meatballs with sauce and Parmesan cheese. For your main course, you'll learn how to make your own pasta, featuring your choice of shape, sauce and protein. Dessert will be a wonderfully crunchy chocolate chip cannoli.
