Cooking Class - Summertime in Italy
Partake in an Italian Fare from Fettuccini to Tiramisu.
Enjoy an inviting Italian meal perfect for summer in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll start by learning to create pasta dough from scratch to make a rich and velvety Fettuccini Carbonara. Then, you’ll assemble a panzanella salad for a refreshing addition. Cap off your meal with a decadent dark chocolate tiramisu, ensuring a sweet and satisfying conclusion to your hands-on culinary experience.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
