Cooking Class - Summer Steak
Enjoy the flavors of summer.
Join this cooking class to discover ways to use seasonal ingredients to create a garden-fresh summer menu. You'll learn how to grill a flank steak and make herb-infused potatoes with a zesty aioli. Master charring zucchini for a tomato salad. For dessert, learn how to churn a buttered popcorn-flavored ice cream that you'll top with a salted caramel sauce.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a good time, pasta and salad were delicious. Only suggestion will be to have some chairs we we can sit and eat instead of standing and eat.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks.
