Discover the artistic fun of French cuisine.
Learn how to prepare a traditional French menu in this fun and interactive cooking class. Join a gourmet chef to discover tips and techniques you can recreate at home. Designed for all levels of home chefs, you'll learn how to prepare roasted cauliflower and creamy gruyère soup. Your main entrée is an authentic coq au vin with a side of potatoes au gratin. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate soufflé with chocolate sauce and chantilly cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked a session for my sister as her Christmas gift. We did the Asian Cuisine Class... Very fun and unique experience! Chef Mo was so kind and offered suggestions/feedback on what you do/don't like on your food. He explains why he does certain things when cooking and offers tips! Would definitely love to do again sometime. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Mo clearly loves to cook and share his love for what he does with people... You will not regret it!
