Cook your way through a multi-course menu starting with a pomegranate guacamole served with raw veggie strips for dipping. Then make a crispy empanada stuffed with sweet potatoes and black beans with a spicy lime mayo. Then spice things up with a hearty vegetable-packed pisto (Spanish stew) served with crusty bread. Lastly, finish your vegan feast with crispy patatas bravas.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jamie was awesome!! We had so much fun! The cooking was fun and easy, and the food was delicious. Especially the guacamole and the empanadas! We generated plenty of leftovers, so we got a couple meals and a snack out of it :) highly recommend!
