Cooking Class - Special Red Snapper

Master classic flavor combinations and modern cooking techniques in this chef-led cooking class. Work with premium ingredients to craft a seasonal menu including an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Chop and roast squash then mix a fig vinaigrette to toss with mixed greens and bites of goat cheese. For the main, pan-sear a gorgeous red snapper and whisk together a zingy beurré monté with ginger and peach, served over a fluffy bed of garlic and herb rice. For dessert, practice pastry skills as you bake up a fluffy white lemon cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
