Craft a classic winter meal the Tuscan way.
Savor traditional flavors of Tuscany as you craft a comforting meal. Seasonal produce and warming spices lead this four course experience. You'll practice new culinary skills like making a stuffed pork loin, turning late harvest ingredients like pumpkin and sage into a buttery risotto and a sneak peek into pastries with almond orange cookies.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Wonderful experience! Molly was informative, knowledgeable and very approachable. As a better than average cook I can say that I learned a trick or two! It was a fun and enjoyable few hours.
