Cooking Class - Seasonal French Feast for Two

Create a simple and flavorful French feast in this fun date night cooking class.

Under the guidance of an esteemed chef, you will prepare a three-course meal using traditional techniques and local ingredients. Learn how to slow-roast a tender chicken, simmer a tarragon cream sauce, whip up a crunchy frisée salad with mustard vinaigrette and make choux pastry for profiteroles served with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
