Journey through Spain in this exciting culinary lesson as you discover iconic meals in each region. Chef Gabriel will be your guide as you create this classic Spanish meal completely from scratch.
Begin by crafting a savory cold soup mixed with roasted grapes and crispy almonds. Next, cook up a fresh octopus and flavor it with caper relish and sharp prosciutto. Then, dice potatoes and mix them with garlic and aioli for a beloved side dish. End by whipping up a creamy Spanish dessert flavored with cinnamon, oranges and pistachios.
