In this engaging cooking class, Chef Kevin will teach you the techniques and skills to handcraft authentic Asian dishes from scratch. Explore the Asian culture through time-honored recipes over three courses.
Begin by filling, folding and cooking pot stickers filled with chicken and fresh cabbage. Next, learn how to expertly slice high-quality fish for nigiri sushi and maki sushi rolls served with an umami-laden homemade sauce. Finish by making fresh ice cream with the flavors of earthy green bean and sweet vanilla beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted prior to the event. Please mention this in the message field when you submit your booking request as adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
My husband organized a sushi class party as a birthday gift. Our guests and I had a pleasant time. Be sure to have sharp knives, multiple bowls (for mixing the ingredients), saran wrap, big pans with lids, and multiple chopping boards ready.

Chef Kevin was great! We had him for the sushi and potsticker class. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out delicious and we had a great time. We had an amazing experience with Chef Kevin! The entire experience was wonderful. My husband and I learned a lot of new skills and the dishes were delicious! The beef Wellington was the best we have ever had and we finally learned how to crisp Brussels sprouts! Looking forward to trying another class in the upcoming months.

We had the most amazing evening with Chef Kevin! I booked a European culinary experience with Chef Kevin for my husband‘s birthday. It by far exceeded my expectations 1 million times over. Chef Kevin is personable, a consummate professional, and made us feel so comfortable learning how to cook a Beef Wellington. We have taken cooking classes before, but having a chef come to your house, makes all the difference in the world. My husband‘s birthday was fun, we learned a lot and laughed the entire evening. we can’t wait to take another class with Chef Kevin again! Chef Kevin is the best!!
