Discover the secrets to creating authentic Italian pizza and other favorites from scratch.
Chef Franco will take you on a culinary adventure through Florence to handcraft the perfect pizza and prepare a few other authentic recipes. Your cooking skills are about to reach another level!
Master the magic of transforming ordinary potatoes into traditional Italian gnocchi, enhanced with the flavors of fresh zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, and green peas. Then, combine flour, salt, and olive oil to craft homemade pizza dough for a signature custom pizza with a balanced taste of gorgonzola, fig, or beer mustard, mozzarella, and sauce as toppings. For dessert, Chef Franco will teach you to prepare tiramisu with an exquisite contrast of sweet creamy filling and the bitter notes of strong coffee.
