Then, combine flour, salt, and olive oil to craft homemade pizza dough for a signature custom pizza with a balanced taste of gorgonzola, fig, or beer mustard, mozzarella, and sauce as toppings. For dessert, Chef Franco will teach you to prepare tiramisu with an exquisite contrast of sweet creamy filling and the bitter notes of strong coffee.
