In this hands-on culinary experience, you'll learn how to craft an unforgettable three-course Mediterranean meal. Chef Nelson will teach you the best-kept secrets behind this mouthwatering cuisine.
Begin by whipping up marinated chickpeas and a zesty shatta sauce into a luscious hummus. Next, tuck chicken roasted on the spit, vegetables and a creamy white sauce into crispy laffa bread for a classic shawarma, and roast cauliflower with an array of seasonings for a hearty side dish. End by making a smooth and creamy caramel flan topped with fresh berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
