In this interactive cooking class, let Chef Jarrett teach you all about the spectacular world of creating pizza completely from scratch, a simple yet impressive feat you can share with family and friends.
Start your journey with a vibrant seasonal stone fruit and burrata salad topped with pistachios. Next, venture on to the anticipated cast iron pizza with a choice of toppings based on your preference, such as smoked salmon, caramelized onions, fried capers and more. Complete your experience by making an herby lavender basil ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was such an amazing experience! I highly recommend Chef Jarrett. He made the whole thing fun and easy. The food was delicious, simple to make, and the portions were great. We even have leftovers. 10/10 would do this again. Chef Jarrett was the best.

Chef Jarrett is wonderful. He cares so much about what he does and is very passionate about his craft. He is patient and eager to teach others about food and running a great kitchen. He has clearly thought out all aspects of his class and wants to share his knowledge and experience with others. He is extremely professional and a pleasure to spend the evening with. The menu was delicious, and it was so fun making pasta together. Buon Appetito !

Jarrett is a super knowledgeable chef. He showed me how to cut an onion to demonstrate some knife skills. Explained how you can use any different sort of fish or seafood for ceviche, and the background of where the dish came from and how the acid in the citrus fruit denatures the fish and takes away the intense fishy flavour. Really friendly and funny, kept us engaged in the class!

He is very communicative and punctual which made the whole experience easy. His food and also the way he teaches is inspiring!
