Learn how to make four courses of rustic fare straight from Italy.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Mariana will teach you how to make a traditional eggplant dish, two types of pasta and a dessert that will give you a little jolt at the end of the meal.

Start by preparing eggplant parmigiana with tomatoes and basil, a traditional dish from Northern Italy. Pasta will be the main focus of class as you make homemade dough and cut tagliatelle pasta, which you'll pair with a meaty Bolognese sauce, and linguine pasta, which will take on the flavors of guanciale and black pepper in a carbonara sauce. Whip up a coffee-infused tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an amazing experience! I decided to do this class with my partner for her birthday and we had such a great time. Chef Mariana is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. She taught us to make fresh pasta, a classic bolognese sauce, a Carbonaro sauce, an eggplant appetizer, and a tiramisu for dessert. We laughed and discussed food, life and everything in between. Chef Mariana thoughtfully answered all our questions as we went through the process and was very encouraging. Her space and the environment she created was professional, clean, and the view from her windows, overseeing the water pulled the whole experience together. The food was soooo good! She served us and because it was my partner’s birthday, she put a candle in her tiramisu. It is obvious we had a great time? Lol. Honestly, if you’re looking to learn from a pro who makes the process simple and fun, Chef Mariana is it. My partner and I would definitely do this again. We had a beautiful time!

I recently took a cooking class with Chef Mariana. I had an amazing time learning about the art of making sushi. Chef was so patient and really talked us through every step. She provided us with background info and techniques all while making it a fun time!! We felt lucky to learn from one of the best as she has some incredible experience and is really passionate about cooking. We made spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and crab rolls along with sashimi and a matcha creme brulee. The vibes were immaculate with great music and views. She also gave us tips on how to improve our sushi making skills. We had the best time and would recommend this class to anyone interested in trying something new, while having the best time. I also appreciated the fact that we got to eat the food we cooked at the end of the class. It was all delicious.
