Cooking Class - Kitchen Skills: Meat 101

Learn how to prepare meat with Chef James!

Join Chef James for a special evening of cooking large pieces of meat! Learn how to season and cook whole steaks on the stove top in cast iron pans. Guests will learn about the provenance of the animal (all meat is sourced from either 5 Dot Ranch or BN (Bill Neiman) Ranch in Hawks Bay, New Zealand), how to cook meat to a perfect temperature with the appropriate resting time and how to cut and serve. Appetizers and sides are subject to change depending on market seasonality.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
